Career Narrative

More than a product designer. I bring clarity and momentum when things are messy.

With 11 years across product, UX, and systems, I turn ambiguity into structured, testable outcomes. I bridge product, design, and marketing - translating brand vision into usable systems and product reality into clear, compelling narratives.

At Zumo, I’m the sole product designer, leading end-to-end UX and UI for compliant app and enterprise dashboard experiences in a regulated financial environment. I own the design strategy across product and brand, delivering scalable systems through a token-based Figma design system and driving a full redesign of core product surfaces, website, and supporting marketing assets.

I was recently onboarded as a UX Design AI Training Expert at Micro1, working under NDA with a major global technology company to help train and evaluate AI systems through strong UX judgement.

Previously at Zark and Brown Thomas, I helped scale platforms and contributed to a national award-winning app.

I use AI to give lean teams leverage and I’m currently studying Finance at University College Dublin to better connect design decisions to business impact.

Experience

Product Designer (Lead)

Zumo Financial Services Ltd. | Edinburgh, UK | February 2025 → Present

• Sole product designer leading the redesign of core digital services, translating fragmented messaging into a cohesive, user-centred experience across web, dashboard, and app surfaces.
• Leads design for a full enterprise dashboard overhaul, designing new user flows and features for B2B users and establishing shared design foundations (design system & tokens) to support scalable delivery.
• Leads user research including live interviews, insight synthesis, and opportunity mapping; mapped end-to-end user journeys to identify friction and failure points and prioritise service improvements across complex B2B and B2C flows.
